Yi Huatong Launches New 300kW Hydrogen Fuel Cell Engine with 100% Domestic Parts

On December 26th, Yi Huatong released its latest generation 300kW hydrogen fuel cell engine (M30+). The M30+ engine claims to use a domestically produced stack with full independent intellectual property rights, achieving a 100% domestic parts rate, and a peak power density breakthrough of 900W/kg.

The M30+ has a rated power of 300kW, a peak power of 360kW, and a maximum power that can reach 380kW. It flexibly and accurately matches the power output mode for a wide working range, meeting the needs of heavy trucks, dump trucks, heavy-duty tractors, and other long-haul heavy-load and mainline logistics scenarios.

In terms of efficiency, the M30+ uses stack and system architecture design technology, with an engine rated efficiency of 52%, and a peak efficiency that breaks through 50%.

Regarding environmental adaptability, the M30+ maintains "outstanding performance" under extreme climate conditions, with a cold start temperature of -40°C, and a wide storage temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.

To solve the heat dissipation problem of fuel cell heavy trucks, Yi Huatong has adopted a wide temperature range fuel cell stack developed by its partners, raising the highest operating temperature to 95°C, and it can be further increased to 105°C according to customer needs, solving this international problem of fuel cell heavy truck heat dissipation.

The M30+ has better compatibility, covering both high-pressure gaseous hydrogen and low-pressure liquid hydrogen supply modes through the design of a dedicated single injector for fuel cells, with a minimum matching supply pressure of 0.5MPa(g).

Beijing Yi Huatong Science and Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2012, is a national high-tech enterprise integrating hydrogen energy and hydrogen fuel cell research and development with industrialization, possessing core independent intellectual property rights and achieving mass production of hydrogen fuel cell engines and stacks.
