Chery Tiggo 5x High Energy Edition SUV to Launch on December 23rd with New Exterior and Interior Design
On December 16th, news from IT Home reports that Chery's Tiggo 5x High Energy Edition SUV is scheduled to be launched on December 23rd. This new model adopts a completely new exterior design and interior decoration.
IT Home noticed that the new car's front grille is integrated with the slender daytime running lights on both sides, and the LED headlights are located on the sides of the vehicle. In terms of interior, the car is equipped with a cool black-themed interior, featuring a 20.5-inch Nebula Surround Screen and Lion 5.0 AI Intelligent Cockpit.
Additionally, the car is equipped with integrated comfort sports seats, electric 6-way precise adjustment for the driver's seat, and a multifunctional dynamic leather-covered steering wheel. The body is made of 80% ultra-high-strength steel and is equipped with airbags that maintain pressure for 6 seconds, supporting a 540° panoramic view.
For reference, the currently available Tiggo 5x offers a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine and a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine. The former has a maximum power of 88 kilowatts and a peak torque of 148 N·m, with a transmission system offering a 5-speed manual gearbox and a CVT gearbox; the latter has a maximum power of 115 kilowatts and a peak torque of 230 N·m, with a transmission system matched with a CVT gearbox.
