BYD Xia MPV Officially Launched: Integrated Range of 1060km, Priced from 249,800 to 309,800 Yuan
On January 8th, BYD's first MPV from the Dynasty series, Xia, was officially launched. Here is a summary of the pricing information:
Positioned as a mid-to-large MPV, the BYD Xia features a hidden sliding rail electric sliding door and a design language inspired by the Chinese dragon. In terms of dimensions, the new vehicle measures 5145/1970/1805mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 3045mm and a turning radius of only 5.7m.
The new vehicle comes standard with a Yunyan-C intelligent damping body control system and is equipped with BYD's fifth-generation DM technology, consisting of a 1.5T engine and an electric motor. The engine has a maximum power output of 115kW, and the motor has a maximum power output of 200kW. Two pure electric range versions are available, 100km and 180km, with the longest integrated range reaching up to 1060km on a full tank and full charge, and the NEDC fuel consumption at 5.3L per 100km.
The vehicle features a 2+2+3 three-row seven-seat layout. The front row is equipped with a 15.6-inch floating central control screen, a 12.3-inch co-pilot entertainment screen, and a 15.6-inch central overhead screen combination, along with wireless phone charging, dual cup holders, and storage compartments under the island.
The vehicle is available in four different configurations, all of which come standard with the DiPilot 100 'God's Eye' 5R12V high-level intelligent driving assistance system, capable of high-speed navigation, full-scene intelligent parking assistance, and other intelligent driving functions. The top configuration features a self-developed DiSound audio system with 28 speakers and 32 independent audio channels, and the seats are equipped with Hi-Fi music headrests. Additionally, the third-row subwoofer can be detached as an outdoor Bluetooth speaker with an output power of up to 170W.
Furthermore, the vehicle supports seat heating, ventilation, and 4-way electric lumbar support. The 100km Supermodel supports the driver's seat massage function and is equipped with 50W wireless phone charging and a thermoelectric box; the 180km Supermodel is equipped with zero-feel ergonomic middle-row seats, supporting 10-point massage and memory functions.
